Commends the Hoxie School District, school board, employees, parents, and students for their courage, perseverance, and positive impact on transforming Arkansas public schools.

Directs the Chief Clerk of the House of Representatives to provide an appropriate copy of the resolution to Radius Baker, Superintendent of Hoxie Public Schools.
