Removes references to "the division manager for Arkansas Works" from Arkansas Code § 6-1-603(b), leaving only the Department of Career Education to manage the College and Career Coaches Program

Amends Arkansas Code § 6-1-604(c)(2) to remove the phrase "through the division manager for Arkansas Works" from supervisor performance evaluation procedures

Modifies Arkansas Code § 6-1-605(b) to change reporting requirements so college and career coaches submit annual reports to the Department of Career Education instead of to the division manager for Arkansas Works

Eliminates obsolete references to the "Arkansas Works" division throughout Title 6 of the Arkansas Code
