Amends Arkansas Code § 17-87-102(7) to redefine the practice of certified registered nurse anesthesia within the nurse practice act

Changes anesthesia administration language from "under the supervision of" to "in coordination with, but not necessarily in the presence of" a licensed physician, licensed dentist, or other person lawfully entitled to order anesthesia

Allows certified registered nurse anesthetists to order nurses within their scope of practice to administer drugs preoperatively and postoperatively in connection with anesthetic or operative procedures
