• Appropriates $897,364,000 in cash funds for regular salaries, extra help, personal services matching, operations, conferences and travel, professional fees, capital improvements, debt service, and overtime.

• Establishes maximum of 5,426 regular employees across educational and general administrative positions, classified positions, academic positions, and auxiliary enterprises with specified salary rates and job classifications.
