Amends Arkansas Juvenile Code § 9-27-303(3)(A) to add recruiting, harboring, transporting, or obtaining a child for labor or services through force, fraud, or coercion as a form of abuse.

Amends Arkansas Juvenile Code § 9-27-303(52) to add recruiting, harboring, transporting, obtaining, patronizing, or soliciting a child for commercial sex acts by persons 18 years or older as sexual abuse.

Adds definition of "victim of human trafficking" to Arkansas Juvenile Code § 9-27-303(65) as a child subjected to trafficking of persons as defined in § 5-18-103.

Prohibits persons convicted of trafficking of persons under § 5-18-103 from having direct and unsupervised contact with children in child welfare agencies under Arkansas Juvenile Code § 9-28-409(e)(2)(K).

Makes identical amendments to the Child Maltreatment Act (Arkansas Code § 12-18-103) adding human trafficking to definitions of abuse and sexual abuse.
