Allows funeral processions to use flashing purple lights and permits funeral escort vehicles and accompanying vehicles to proceed through intersections without stopping after the escort vehicle complies with traffic control devices.

Grants funeral processions the right-of-way at intersections, except when yielding to authorized emergency vehicles displaying lights, law enforcement direction, approaching railroad trains, or immediate hazards.

Requires funeral procession vehicles to display headlamps, tail lamps, and flashing lights, and to follow preceding vehicles as closely as reasonable to maintain procession continuity.

Prohibits other drivers from driving between funeral procession vehicles, joining a procession to gain right-of-way advantages, passing on the right side on multi-lane highways, or entering intersections in the procession's path during red light signals.

Establishes violations as punishable by fine of up to $250 and clarifies that drivers obeying traffic control devices while yielding to funeral processions are not in violation of traffic laws.
