Adds a complete prohibition on smoking marijuana in any location throughout Arkansas as a new restriction under the Arkansas Medical Marijuana Amendment of 2016

Prohibits marijuana possession, smoking, or use on school buses, school grounds, daycare facilities, colleges, universities, drug treatment facilities, community centers, correctional facilities, public transportation, and public places

Prohibits operating or being in control of motor vehicles, aircraft, motorized watercraft, or other vehicles while under the influence of marijuana

Clarifies that employers are not required to accommodate marijuana use in the workplace and property owners may prohibit marijuana use on their premises

Allows landlords to prohibit smoking marijuana on leased property but prohibits them from restricting other forms of medical marijuana use by qualifying patients
