Amends Arkansas Code § 7-5-418(a)(1)(A) to establish standard early voting hours of 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Monday through Friday and 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. on Saturday, beginning 15 days before a preferential primary or general election and ending at 5:00 p.m. on the Monday before the election.

Allows county boards of election commissioners to extend early voting hours to 7:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. Monday through Friday and 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on Saturday, with the same start and end dates as standard hours.

Permits qualified electors to vote early at the county clerk's designated early voting location during the specified hours.
