• Reappropriates unexpended balances from Act 28 of 2016 capital improvement appropriations to various Department of Human Services divisions, effective July 1, 2017.

• Allocates funds to Division of Aging and Adult Services ($85,000 total) for grants to hospice providers, senior citizen centers, Meals on Wheels providers, and Area Agencies on Aging.

• Provides $2,303,000 to Director's Office for facility maintenance, renovation, and repair department-wide, plus $3,000 for community organizations serving the poor.

• Appropriates $7,778,144 to Division of Developmental Disabilities Services for Booneville Human Development Center demolition and construction, and $75,000 for grants to other development centers.

• Allocates $64,577,065 to Division of Medical Services for Arkansas Medicaid Program grants, and $5,050,000 to Division of Youth Services for community-based programs and surveillance system upgrades at juvenile detention facilities.
