Amends Arkansas Code § 7-6-214 to expand campaign finance reporting requirements to include reports under §§ 7-6-215, 7-6-216, and 7-6-220 in addition to existing §§ 7-6-203 and 7-6-207.

Requires all amended campaign finance reports to constitute public records available within twenty-four (24) hours of the reporting deadline to interested persons and news media.

Designates the Secretary of State as the official custodian of all required campaign finance records filed with or maintained by the state.

Mandates the Secretary of State post reports of contributions on the official website for all covered candidates, including those for offices other than school district, township, municipal, or county office.
