Reappropriates capital improvement fund balances to the Arkansas Agriculture Department effective July 1, 2017, totaling $48,544,563 from the General Improvement Fund for maintenance, renovation, construction, air tanker contracts, and agricultural disaster-related expenses

Allocates $35,000 for disaster-related maintenance and operations, $24,650,000 for facility improvements and air tanker contracts, and $10,000,000 for disaster-related expenses and facility upgrades

Provides $13,800,000 as a low-interest loan grant to pay debts associated with the Arkansas Boll Weevil Suppression Eradication Act

Appropriates $69,563 from the Livestock and Poultry Special Revenue Fund for construction and renovation of the Necropsy Room at the Livestock and Poultry Diagnostic Lab

Appropriates $225,000 from the Arkansas Natural and Cultural Resources Grant and Trust Fund for acquisition, management, and preservation of state-owned lands and historic sites including Poison Springs and Hot Springs areas
