Amends Arkansas Code § 27-16-508(a) to establish a $100 reinstatement fee multiplied by the number of administrative orders to suspend, revoke, or cancel a driver's license, with certain exceptions.

Allows courts to collect only a single $100 reinstatement fee covering all administrative suspension orders when driving privileges are suspended solely due to outstanding reinstatement fees, provided all other court costs, fines, and fees have been paid.

Excludes reinstatement fees ordered under Sections 5-65-119, 5-65-304, and 5-65-310, and fees for commercial driver licenses from the single-fee provision.

Amends Arkansas Code § 27-16-808(c) to clarify that reinstatement fees are calculated by multiplying $100 by each separate occurrence of offenses, with "occurrence" defined as each separate calendar date when an offense takes place.

Applies the same single-fee reinstatement provision to Section 27-16-808(c) suspensions when all court-ordered obligations have been satisfied and verified by the court.
