Appropriates $250,000 to the Department of Parks and Tourism for fiscal year 2016-2017, payable from the Tourism Development Trust Fund as a supplemental allocation.

Funds are restricted to professional fees only, with $0 allocated to operating expenses, conference and travel, capital outlay, and data processing.

Disbursement of funds must comply with Arkansas state procurement law, accounting procedures, revenue stabilization law, salary restrictions, and Department of Finance and Administration regulations.

Funds must be used in accordance with Agency Requests, Executive Recommendations, and Legislative Recommendations documented in budget manuals and legislative meeting minutes.

Emergency clause declared due to unforeseen circumstances making initial appropriations insufficient for the department to continue essential governmental services, with act effective upon passage and approval on March 13, 2017.
