Establishes 15 maximum regular employees for the Arkansas Senate for fiscal year 2017-2018, with positions ranging from Director of the Senate (Grade SE4) to Properties Officer (Grade GS9).

Appropriates $2,713,787 from the State Central Services Fund for staff services, including $1,963,896 for regular salaries, $25,000 for extra help, $549,891 for personal services matching, and $175,000 for maintenance and general operations.

Appropriates $15,000 from the Constitutional Officers Fund for State Orientation expenses including per diem and mileage for Senate members attending orientation programs.

Reappropriates up to $2,400,000 each from the Constitutional Officers Fund and State Central Services Fund for carryover expenses from prior appropriations.

Appropriates $700,000 each from the State Central Services Fund for computerization expenses and for construction, improvements, and renovations of Senate facilities, effective July 1, 2017.
