Persons selling produce at farmers' markets must provide notice indicating the location where the produce was grown.

Notice must be displayed on a sign at the point of sale measuring at least 3 inches by 5 inches.

For Arkansas-grown produce, signage must identify the county, city, or community of origin.

For produce grown outside Arkansas, signage must identify the state of origin.

If production location is unknown, the sign must state that the location is unknown; signage may be presented in any format including handwriting or printing.
