Increases the maximum fee for temporary preprinted paper buyer's tags from $4.00 to $5.50 per tag and correlating sticker.

Raises the amount deposited into the State Treasury from $2.50 to $3.00 per tag fee to offset administrative costs in the Department of Finance and Administration's Revenue Division.

Changes the deposit requirement to use "the amount" in excess of $3.00 rather than "all amounts" in excess of $2.50, clarifying that only the designated portion goes to the State Treasury.

Becomes effective November 13, 2017.
