• Repeals Arkansas Code § 6-15-2011 (Supplemental Educational Services Transparency Act), which required providers of supplemental educational services to submit annual reports on student achievement, attendance, and funding information to the Department of Education and school districts.

• Repeals Arkansas Code § 6-16-131 (Future Art and Music Teachers Pilot Program), which established a program allowing high school students in grades 11-12 to provide art and music instruction to elementary students in at least six schools.

• Repeals Arkansas Code §§ 6-16-1002 and 6-16-1003 (Kids-For-Health Program and Oral Health Standards), which required the Department of Health to develop health education programs and the Department of Education to establish oral health curriculum standards.

• Repeals Arkansas Code § 6-16-1301 (End-of-Course Success Incentive Program), which provided $50 per student passing end-of-course assessments on first attempt and subsidized teacher training up to $650 per teacher.

• Repeals Arkansas Code §§ 6-19-124 and 6-19-128 (Mobile Learning Technology Pilot Program and Compressed Natural Gas School Bus Pilot Program), which funded technology and alternative fuel initiatives for participating school districts.

• Amends Arkansas Code § 6-21-406 to retain requirements that publishers submit certified lists of state contracts and sales to school districts, and maintain book depositories in Arkansas.
