Department of Workforce Services shall prepare an annual economic security report on employment and earnings outcomes for degrees and certificates from state-supported higher education institutions, made publicly available online.

Report must include employment and earnings data broken down by educational sector, using integrated postsecondary education data system and all available graduate data, including full-time employment numbers and percentages.

Four-year and two-year state-supported institutions must provide enrolled students electronic access to the economic security report before class registration, including top 25% and bottom 10% of programs by job placement and earnings.

Public school students in grades 7-12 and their parents/guardians must receive a two-page summary and electronic access to the economic security report, distributed by the Department of Education to school district superintendents.

Report must include employment and earnings data for higher education graduates beginning the year after degree completion, non-completers who withdrew, and former public school students over age 18 who did not attend higher education institutions.
