Appropriates $70,660 from the Law Enforcement and Prosecutor Drug Enforcement Training Fund for law enforcement and prosecutor drug enforcement training programs

Requires all disbursements to comply with state fiscal control laws, procurement laws, budgetary procedures, revenue stabilization law, and regulations from the Department of Finance and Administration
