Creates a new "local cybercrime fee" of up to $500 per conviction for felonies involving violence, sex offender registration requirements, or felony offenses under § 12-12-904 that involved use of a computer, electronic device, or internet.

Requires the fee to apply only when the trier of fact finds the offense involved a computer or electronic device and that investigation expended specialized law enforcement personnel or materials designed to investigate computer-related offenses.

Mandates circuit courts remit collected fees by the tenth day of each month to a special cybercrime fee law enforcement fund administered by the prosecuting attorney.

Restricts fund expenditures to training law enforcement personnel in investigating computer-related offenses and procuring tools and devices for such investigations, with funds distributed to local law enforcement agencies upon showing of necessity.

Prohibits the cybercrime fee fund from being considered a source of revenue for normal operating expenses.
