Repeals Arkansas Code § 5-73-119(e)(7), which previously allowed persons traveling beyond their home county to possess a handgun without restriction (except for those 18 years of age or younger).

Repeals Arkansas Code § 5-73-120(c)(4), which previously exempted persons carrying weapons while on a journey from weapons offense liability, except when passing through commercial airport security checkpoints or carrying weapons in checked baggage.

Removes the definition of "journey" (travel beyond the county in which a person lives) from Arkansas Code § 5-73-120(b).

Renumbers the "knife" definition from subsection (4) to subsection (3) in the weapons offense definitions section.
