Clarifies that tuition reductions for endorsed concurrent enrollment courses and any tuition paid by institutions of higher education shall not be considered institutional scholarships.

National school lunch students are exempt from paying costs for up to 6 credit hours of endorsed concurrent enrollment courses taught on their public school district grounds by district-employed teachers.

Costs for concurrent enrollment courses for eligible students may be paid by the public school district, the institution of higher education offering the course, or through a cost-sharing agreement between both entities.
