Amends Arkansas Code § 27-16-801(a)(3) to allow public defenders to use a post office box address or office address instead of a residence address on driver's licenses.

Expands existing exceptions to the residence address requirement, which previously applied only to law enforcement officers and domestic violence victims/dependents.

Adds public defenders to the list of professions permitted to display alternative addresses, alongside elected prosecuting attorneys and deputy prosecuting attorneys.

The use of a post office box or office address remains optional at the licensee's discretion.
