The Department of Finance and Administration is authorized to construct a parking facility on the State Capitol grounds containing a minimum of 200 parking spaces.

The department may construct supporting infrastructure including streets, curbs, gutters, utilities, and landscaping to serve the parking facility.

The department is authorized to purchase, lease, rent, sell, trade, or barter property and accept donations or bequests related to the parking facility project.

The department may accept and use funds and property from federal, state, local, and private sources to support the parking facility construction.

The department may enter into contracts and take other lawful actions necessary to carry out the parking facility project.
