Amends Arkansas Code Title 6, Chapter 15, Subchapter 1 to add section 6-15-104 requiring schools receiving state funds to disclose all waivers granted from Title 6 provisions or State Board of Education rules.

Schools must disclose the waivers granted and the rationale or justification for each waiver.

Schools must provide written notice to students and parents or legal guardians at the time of enrollment detailing the waivers.

Parents or legal guardians must sign a form at enrollment acknowledging receipt of the waiver disclosure notice.

Schools must also post waiver information on the school's website to ensure public access to this information.
