Amends Arkansas Code § 11-9-805 to allow partial settlements of workers' compensation claims when a claimant is Medicare-eligible, settling all issues except future medical treatment.

A partial settlement is final only concerning the settled issues, while the Workers' Compensation Commission retains jurisdiction over future medical expense claims.

For full settlements, the commission loses all jurisdiction over claims related to the same injury once a final award is entered.

Prohibits the commission from approving joint petitions that allocate vocational rehabilitation or indemnity benefits exceeding anatomical impairment awards when an employee has returned to work or agreed to return to work.

Eliminates the right to appeal orders or awards denying or approving a joint petition.
