Amends the definition of "participate in a real estate auction" in Arkansas Code § 17-42-103(9) to remove language specifically listing auctioneers, ringmen, and bid solicitation activities, replacing it with broader language covering any act or conduct for compensation designed to affect auction bidding or results.

Adds a new exemption (11) to Arkansas Code § 17-42-104(a) allowing auctioneers to conduct real estate auctions without a real estate license when collaborating with a licensed real estate broker.
