Encourages the Arkansas Public Service Commission to investigate and consider cost-effective advanced transmission technologies (including high-capacity conductors and compact towers) when replacing aged transmission infrastructure.

Directs the Public Service Commission to evaluate whether new transmission technologies can reliably deliver electricity while improving capacity, efficiency, reducing environmental impacts, and lowering energy delivery costs.

Encourages the Public Service Commission to work with regional transmission organizations to support advanced electric transmission options that increase grid capacity, reduce line losses, and streamline siting and construction activities, particularly by utilizing existing corridors.

Requires the Secretary of the Senate to transmit a copy of the resolution to the Governor, Lieutenant Governor, and applicable state and regional regulators including public service commissioners and regional transmission operators upon adoption.
