AR HB1008

Establishes maximum of 808 regular employees for the Department of Finance and Administration - Office of Child Support Enforcement for fiscal year 2018-2019, with positions ranging from DFA OCSE Administrator (Grade SE02) to DFA Technician (Grade GS02).

Authorizes up to 15 temporary or part-time "Extra Help" employees at rates not exceeding the Uniform Classification and Compensation Act, with exemption from hour limitations if employment exceeds 7 months.

Appropriates $63,822,124 from the Child Support Enforcement Fund for operations, including $26,469,260 for regular salaries, $10,218,727 for personal services matching, $14,535,654 for operational expenses, $11,848,483 for data processing and equipment, and additional funds for extra help, travel, and professional fees.

Requires all disbursements to comply with state procurement law, accounting procedures, revenue stabilization law, and other fiscal control laws, with compliance to be demonstrated through agency requests and legislative recommendations.

Effective July 1, 2018 through June 30, 2019, with approval date of February 23, 2018.
