Appropriates $33,853 total to the Disabled Veterans' Services Office for fiscal year ending June 30, 2019, payable from the Miscellaneous Agencies Fund Account.

Authorizes one Administrative Specialist II position (Class Code C073C, Grade GS03) for the office.

Allocates funding as follows: $21,827 for regular salaries, $9,998 for personal services matching, $1,304 for operating expenses, and $724 for conference and travel.

Requires all disbursements to comply with state procurement, accounting, budgetary procedures, and fiscal control laws and regulations.

Effective July 1, 2018, with approval date of February 23, 2018.
