Appropriates $20,026 to the Arkansas State Board of Registration of Foresters for personal services and operating expenses for fiscal year ending June 30, 2019.

Authorizes up to 2 temporary or part-time "Extra Help" employees at rates not to exceed those provided in the Uniform Classification and Compensation Act, with $12,000 allocated for this purpose.

Allocates funds as follows: $926 for personal services matching, $7,100 for operating expenses, and $0 for conferences/travel, professional fees, capital outlay, and data processing.

Requires disbursement compliance with state procurement laws, accounting procedures, revenue stabilization law, salary restrictions, and regulations from the Department of Finance and Administration.

Becomes effective July 1, 2018 and was approved on February 21, 2018.
