Appropriates $2,000,000 to the Arkansas Corn and Grain Sorghum Promotion Board for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2019, payable from the Board's Fund.

Allocates $25,000 for operating expenses and $1,975,000 for research and development expenses.

Fund disbursement is subject to compliance with Arkansas state procurement laws, accounting procedures, revenue stabilization laws, salary restrictions, and other applicable fiscal control laws.

Requires funds to be used in compliance with stated purposes as documented in budget manuals, agency requests, and legislative recommendations reviewed by the Department of Finance and Administration and Joint Budget Committee.

Effective July 1, 2018.
