Appropriates $31,966 to the State Board of Examiners of Alcoholism and Drug Abuse Counselors for fiscal year 2018-2019, payable from available cash funds in the State Treasury.

Allocates funds as follows: $7,400 for regular salaries, $566 for personal services matching, $10,000 for operating expenses, and $14,000 for professional fees.

Requires all disbursements to comply with state procurement law, accounting procedures, revenue stabilization law, salary restrictions, and Department of Finance and Administration regulations.

Directs that funds be used in accordance with agency requests, executive recommendations, and legislative recommendations documented in budget manuals and Joint Budget Committee minutes.

Effective July 1, 2018; bill approved February 21, 2018.
