• Establishes maximum of 100 regular employees for Arkansas Department of Emergency Management for fiscal year 2018-2019, including 1 director, management divisions, analysts, coordinators, and support staff

• Appropriates $3,837,506 from Miscellaneous Agencies Fund for state operations including salaries, personal services matching, overtime, and operating expenses
