Appropriates $8,500,672 for Department of Arkansas Heritage State Operations, including $4,502,750 for regular salaries of 169 employees and $65,202 for up to 69 temporary/part-time employees.

Appropriates $7,709,795 for Conservation Tax - Amendment 75 programs, including $1,292,422 for regular salaries, $600,000 for museum/facility construction, and $847,792 for special maintenance.

Appropriates $33,000,000 for Natural and Cultural Resources Council grants for state-owned lands and historic sites, plus $3,000,000 for historic preservation and Main Street programs.

Authorizes Department to purchase up to $40,000 annually in promotional and educational merchandise from maintenance and general operations funds.

Effective July 1, 2018 through June 30, 2019, with all disbursements subject to State Procurement Law, General Accounting and Budgetary Procedures Law, and other applicable fiscal control laws.
