Appropriates $600,034 to the State Board of Licensure for Professional Engineers and Professional Surveyors for fiscal year 2018-2019, comprised of regular salaries ($270,247), extra help ($12,000), personal services matching ($91,767), operating expenses ($208,649), conferences and travel ($10,227), and professional fees ($7,144).

Authorizes a maximum of 6 regular employees: one Executive Director (Grade GS12), one Chief Investigator (Grade GS08), one Assistant Executive Director (Grade GS07), one Fiscal Support Analyst (Grade GS05), and two Licensing Coordinators (Grade GS04).

Authorizes up to one temporary or part-time employee ("Extra Help") to be hired as needed at rates not to exceed those provided in the Uniform Classification and Compensation Act.

Requires all disbursements to comply with the State Procurement Law, General Accounting and Budgetary Procedures Law, Revenue Stabilization Law, Regular Salary Procedures and Restrictions Act, and other applicable fiscal control laws and Department of Finance and Administration regulations.

Effective July 1, 2018.
