Appropriates $1,252,270 from the DNA Detection Fund for DNA Section operating expenses, including $1,183,520 in operational costs.

Appropriates $1,000,000 from the Crime Lab Equipment Fund for purchase and replacement of crime lab equipment.

Appropriates $2,751,501 from federal funds for personal services and operating expenses, including $1,000,000 for capital outlay.
