Reappropriates $113 in unspent capital improvement funds from Act 409 of 2017 to the Department of Community Correction for maintenance, renovation, equipping, construction, and repair of real property and facilities, effective July 1, 2018

Reappropriates $12,000,000 in unspent capital improvement funds from Act 223 of 2017 to the Department of Community Correction for similar maintenance, renovation, and improvement purposes, effective July 1, 2018

Prohibits contracts or obligations exceeding available State Treasury funds unless supplemented by grants, donations, Federal funds, or the agency's unobligated cash income

Requires all disbursements to comply with State Purchasing Law, General Accounting and Budgetary Procedures Law, Revenue Stabilization Law, and Department of Finance and Administration regulations

Becomes effective July 1, 2018, and requires funds be used in accordance with Agency Requests, Executive Recommendations, and Legislative Recommendations documented in budget manuals and legislative records
