Reappropriates $873,043 in unobligated balance from Act 234 of 2017 to the Arkansas House of Representatives, to be paid from the Arkansas Natural and Cultural Resources Grant and Trust Fund

Funds are designated for acquisition, management, stewardship, or preservation of state-owned lands, historic sites, buildings, structures, or objects

Appropriation becomes effective July 1, 2018

Requires all disbursements to comply with state purchasing law, accounting procedures law, revenue stabilization law, and Department of Finance and Administration regulations

Prohibits use of maintenance and general operations funds for these appropriated purposes and requires spending to align with agency requests and legislative recommendations documented in budget manuals and official minutes
