Appropriates $2,617,230 from the State Central Services Fund for Arkansas House of Representatives staff personal services and operating expenses for fiscal year 2018-2019, including $1,361,111 for regular salaries and $100,000 for extra help.

Establishes maximum of 17 regular House staff employees including Chief of Staff (Grade SE03), Chief Clerk/Fiscal Officer (Grade GS14), and 3 Administrative Specialists (Grade GS11).

Authorizes up to 7 part-time or temporary "Extra Help" employees at rates not to exceed those in the Uniform Classification and Compensation Act.

Appropriates $200,000 from the Constitutional Officers Fund for per diem and mileage of members attending the Institute of Legislative Procedure and House Legislative Orientation.

Appropriates $500,000 from the State Central Services Fund for information technology operating expenses and capital outlay to automate the legislative process.

Authorizes Member Services staff (12 employees) with $1,671,685 and Supplemental Staffing (19 employees) with $2,031,589 in appropriations.

Reappropriates remaining balances from prior fiscal years: $3,079,226 from Constitutional Officers Fund and $3,000,000 from State Central Services Fund.
