Proclaims March 29, 2018, as Vietnam Veterans Day in Arkansas to honor members of the United States Armed Forces who served in Vietnam.

Commemorates the completion of U.S. Armed Forces withdrawal from South Vietnam on March 29, 1973, as the basis for the designated date.

Acknowledges that more than 58,000 U.S. service members died in Vietnam and more than 300,000 were wounded during the conflict.

Recognizes that Vietnam veterans were often wrongly criticized for policy decisions made by four presidential administrations and deserved public acknowledgment of their service and sacrifice.

Honors veterans who served in South Vietnam and throughout Southeast Asia during the Vietnam War, both during active combat and peacetime operations.
