Establishes 11 maximum regular employees for Unclaimed Property Program with salaries ranging from $58,493 to $101,175, and appropriates $1,646,109 from State Central Services Fund for program operations.

Appropriates $25,055,250 in cash funds for unclaimed property claims payment ($25,052,750) and operating expenses ($2,500).

Appropriates $2,500,500 in cash funds for abandoned mineral proceeds claims payment ($2,500,000) and operating expenses ($500), with authorization for the Auditor of State to transfer between line items with Chief Fiscal Officer approval.
