Appropriates $17,324 supplementally to the University of Arkansas at Monticello for operating expenses in fiscal year 2017-2018, in addition to funds previously appropriated by Act 210 of 2017.

All funds are designated for maintenance and general operation expenses, with no allocations for conferences/travel, professional fees, capital outlay, or data processing.

Funds must be disbursed in compliance with State Procurement Law, General Accounting and Budgetary Procedures Law, Revenue Stabilization Law, Regular Salary Procedures and Restrictions Act, and other applicable fiscal control laws.

Declares an emergency clause finding that existing appropriations are insufficient for the university to provide essential governmental services due to unforeseen circumstances.

Approved on March 2, 2018; becomes effective immediately upon passage and approval.
