Authorizes a maximum of 94 regular employees for the Department of Labor for fiscal year 2018-2019, ranging from Labor Director (Grade SE02) to Administrative Specialist II (Grade GS03).

Appropriates $4,213,572 for Department of Labor State Operations, including $2,565,569 for regular salaries, $885,654 for personal services matching, and $729,349 for operating expenses, conferences, travel, and professional fees.

Appropriates $834,220 for Boiler Inspection operations, $669,237 for Board of Electrical Examiners operations, and $1,284,054 for Federal Programs, all paid from the Department of Labor Special Fund or federal funds.

Appropriates $200,000 from cash funds for distribution of wages due employees and $53,000 from seminar and conference registration fees for operating expenses.

Permits up to 2 part-time or temporary "Extra Help" employees at rates not exceeding the Uniform Classification and Compensation Act rates; effective July 1, 2018.
