Establishes maximum of 39 regular employees for the Office of Medicaid Inspector General for fiscal year 2018-2019, including positions ranging from Medicaid Inspector General (Grade SE03) to Administrative Specialist II (Grade GS03)

Authorizes 2 part-time or temporary "Extra Help" employees at rates not to exceed those provided in the Uniform Classification and Compensation Act

Appropriates $1,252,684 from the Miscellaneous Agencies Fund for state operations including $810,900 in regular salaries, $270,085 in personal services matching, and $166,700 in maintenance and general operations

Appropriates $1,554,629 from federal funds for federal operations and establishes enterprise fraud program appropriations of $900,000 (state) and $3,600,000 (federal)

Appropriates $174,060 from cash funds for additional operations and takes effect July 1, 2018
