Appropriates $263,335 in cash funds to the Arkansas State Board of Physical Therapy for personal services and operating expenses for fiscal year 2018-2019.

Authorizes a maximum of 2 regular full-time employees: one Physical Therapy Board Executive Director (Grade GS08) and one Administrative Specialist III (Grade GS04).

Authorizes up to 1 part-time or temporary employee ("Extra Help") at rates not to exceed those in the Uniform Classification and Compensation Act.

Allocates $25,000 of the $41,000 professional fees appropriation for contracting an independent or private investigator to conduct investigative tasks as needed or required by law; prohibits board members from conducting investigations.

Becomes effective July 1, 2018 and remains in effect through June 30, 2019.
