Establishes maximum of 12 regular employees for the Office of the Prosecutor Coordinator for fiscal year 2018-2019, including positions such as Prosecutor Coordinator, Deputy Prosecutor Coordinator, Attorney Specialists, and Administrative staff.

Appropriates $1,036,320 from the State Central Services Fund for personal services and operating expenses, including $683,368 for regular salaries, $215,673 for personal services matching, $132,587 for operating expenses, and $4,692 for conferences and travel.

Appropriates $70,660 from the Law Enforcement and Prosecutor Drug Enforcement Training Fund for law enforcement and prosecutorial programs.

Requires all disbursements to comply with state procurement law, accounting procedures, revenue stabilization law, and salary procedures, with regulations enforced by the Department of Finance and Administration.

Becomes effective July 1, 2018, and was approved on February 23, 2018.
