Appropriates $209,441 to the Arkansas Social Work Licensing Board from the Social Work Licensing Fund for fiscal year 2018-2019.

Authorizes 2 regular full-time employees: one Social Work Licensing Board Executive Director (Grade GS08) and one Administrative Specialist III (Grade GS04).

Authorizes up to 1 part-time or temporary employee ("Extra Help") at rates not to exceed those provided in the Uniform Classification and Compensation Act.

Allocates funds for regular salaries ($81,567), extra help ($13,000), personal services matching ($28,224), operating expenses ($50,150), conferences and travel ($6,000), professional fees ($30,000), and refunds/reimbursements ($500).

Effective July 1, 2018, with all disbursements subject to compliance with state procurement, accounting, budgetary procedures, and other applicable fiscal control laws.
