Appropriates $7,799,076 to the Administrative Office of the Courts for Trial Court Administrators, including $5,544,579 for regular salaries of 122 employees at Grade GS07, plus personal services matching, expenses, and substitutes from the Trial Court Administrator Fund.

Appropriates $9,980,452 for Official Court Reporters of Circuit Courts, including $6,523,281 for regular salaries of 122 employees at Grade GS08, plus personal services matching, expenses allowance, indigent transcripts, and substitutes from the Court Reporter's Fund.

Appropriates $3,582,810 from the State Central Services Fund for reimbursement of salaries for full-time juvenile probation and intake officers in accordance with Arkansas Code 16-13-327 and 16-13-328.

Appropriates $712,512 for Drug Court Juvenile Probation & Intake Officers, including $456,579 for regular salaries of 13 employees at Grade GS06 and $87,500 for Structured Assessment of Violence Risk in Youth (SAVRY) Program expenses.

Establishes Administrative Office of the Courts responsibility for financial oversight of court personnel, requires official procedures for hiring and salary adjustments, and limits fund expenditures to available revenues; effective July 1, 2018.
