Establishes one regular employee position (AHIRB Executive Director, Grade GS06) for the Arkansas Home Inspector Registration Board for fiscal year 2018-2019.

Appropriates $95,250 from the Arkansas Home Inspectors Registration Fund for personal services and operating expenses, consisting of $37,332 regular salaries, $13,518 personal services matching, and $44,400 various maintenance and operation expenses.

Appropriates an additional $25,000 from the Arkansas Home Inspectors Registration Fund for research, procurement, and implementation of a public awareness campaign.

Requires all fund disbursements to comply with state procurement law, accounting procedures, revenue stabilization law, salary procedures, and other fiscal control laws as regulated by the Department of Finance and Administration.

Effective date is July 1, 2018.
